Three Years of Craftsmanship: Celebrating Harry’s Anniversary
This week marks a special milestone…Harry has officially been with us for three years, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him on the team.
Since starting June 2022, Harry has consistently shown what it means to be a true craftsman. Diligent, committed, and always striving for quality, his attention to detail and pride in his work are second to none.
In early 2024, Harry completed his apprenticeship, a huge achievement and a reflection of the dedication and skill he brings to the job every day. Since then, he’s continued to grow in confidence and capability, and is a trusted and valued member of the team.
Harry is also a fantastic mentor to our apprentices, always willing to share his knowledge, offer guidance, and lead by example. His hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and he sets the bar high every day on site.
When the tools are down for the week, Harry’s always up for a Friday arvo beer and a good debrief with the crew. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him tinkering with his 4WDs or heading off on his next outdoor adventure.
Harry, thanks for everything you bring to the team! Your work ethic, your skills, and your down-to-earth attitude…we’re lucky to have you, and we’re looking forward to many more years ahead!
