With over two decades of building experience, Gareth oversees every project with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
When he’s not on site, you’ll likely find him coaching his son’s rugby team, out fishing, or spending quality time with his family. Gareth is not only a skilled builder but also a down-to-earth, all-round family man who brings the same enthusiasm for life as he does to every project.

As a busy mum, she knows how to juggle! Whether it’s managing timelines, client needs, or the kids’ after-school activities. Yes. We design and build high-quality granny flats and minor dwellings across Christchurch and North Canterbury. Whether you are creating extra space for family, guests, or rental income, we can help guide you through the process from planning through to construction. What types of building projects do you take on?
We are well-known home renovation and extension experts and we carry out a lot of these types of projects in Rangiora and surrounding areas, as well as in Christchurch. But that doesn’t mean to say that we don’t love to take on new build or minor dwelling – because we absolutely do. We cover most areas of residential construction in Canterbury.
Do you offer fixed-price quotes?
Yes, wherever possible, we provide detailed fixed-price quotes so our clients have clarity and confidence around costs before construction begins. Our quotes are transparent and carefully prepared to ensure you understand exactly what is included, along with any allowances such as Prime Cost (PC) items or Provisional Sums where selections or site conditions may still vary. We also take the time to explain the quote clearly so you can make informed decisions and compare quotes properly. If changes occur or unexpected conditions arise during the project, these will be treated as a variation and clearly communicated before proceeding.
