Specifications & Final Sign Off

While plans go to council, we’ll help finalise your fixtures and finishes. Then we’ll confirm a fixed-price quote for approval.

Contracting

We sign a Master Builders Contract and apply for your 10-Year Guarantee. Then it’s all go.

Construction

With consent approved, we start building. You’ll receive regular updates as your home takes shape.
