What was once a dilapidated 100+ year old building in a state of complete disrepair we transformed into a warm, functional commercial office space.
With the land rezoned residential, demolishing the building would have meant the site could only be rebuilt as housing, so to retain commercial use, the existing structure had to be extensively renovated to meet council requirements and modern building standards.
This is the type of project we get out of bed for – a massive project with plenty of challenges, but one that brought new life back into a building that could have easily been lost. Our team loved working closely with the client to achieve a brilliant outcome.
